Support Groups: Our peer Support Groups run throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland and meet on a monthly basis. You can get details of the groups from our office or on our website. Phone 0333 323 3885 or visit our website.

eCommunity: The eCommunity online discussion forum is a vibrant, supportive source of support for all individuals affected by bipolar.
