The Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way about whatever is getting to you. They help you explore your options so you can make decisions that are right for you.

When you contact the Samaritans a volunteer will answer your call and listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles.
